Self Care Womb Massage for Painful Period

Painful periods with dark clots could be a tell-tale sign of a cold womb. Hormones play a major role in feminine wellness and womb is core. Here's a simple 3 steps self womb massage you can incorporate 1-2 times a week for your womb wellness routine.

Step 1 : Pump 1-2 pumps of Womb Wellness Oil Essence on palm and massage over lower belly, the area just above the pubic bone.
Step 2 : Cupping both hands, scoop the lower belly over the 3 lines.
Step 3 : Massage the ovaries - Locate the ovaries by putting both thumbs on the naval as shown above, the pinky finger area is an approximate location of the ovaries. Massage in a circular motion using pads of fingers for 20 secs
