Massage Tips for Bloated Tummy for Postpartum and Beyond

Do you normally feel your tummy yoyo's from being extremely flat in the morning but balloons up after a meal? Step 1 : Pour a $1 coin size amount of Jamu Herbal Massage Oil onto palm.

Step 2 : Rub oil over upper tummy, below the ribs. Using palms, move in a circular motion. Massage 1-2 minutes until you feel a warm sensation.

Step 3 : Using both hands, put pads of fingers under sternum and gently massage downwards for 20 seconds.
